These terms govern your use of VirginWoods Holdings, registered at 22 Oulton Crescent, Barking, Essex, United Kingdom, IG11 9HE. By opening an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not open an account.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to hold the products described on this site. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live. We may decline or close an account where we cannot satisfy ourselves on this point.
We are required to verify your identity before an account can be funded. A joint certificate of deposit requires both holders to complete verification. We may ask for further information at any time and may restrict an account until it is provided.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We will never ask you for your password, one-time codes or card numbers.
Each desk sets its own minimum deposit, tier structure and minimum holding period, as published on the relevant instrument page. The tier that applies to a deposit is the one in force at the time that deposit is made. Moving to a higher tier applies from the date of the top-up and is not retroactive.
A certificate fixes a rate for a fixed term from the moment it is opened and funded. Rates advertised for new certificates may change at any time; a change does not affect a certificate already open. Early withdrawal forfeits accrued interest and may reduce the principal returned. A joint certificate is held with right of survivorship, may be instructed by either holder, and requires both holders' signatures to close early.
The value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you put in. Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing on this site is personal financial advice, and no instrument brief takes your individual circumstances into account.
Positions marked Pre-IPO are private-market exposure. They are not listed on any exchange, cannot be sold on one, are valued only at funding events rather than daily, and return capital only at a liquidity event which may occur late or not at all. Where a listed item is a product of a private company rather than a separate company, the relevant brief says so.
Withdrawal requests are processed to a nominated account in your name. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where verification is incomplete, where we are required to do so by law, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
Any fees that apply are disclosed before you commit to a deposit. We will give notice before introducing a new fee that affects an existing position.
We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where verification cannot be completed, or where we are required to by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to the terms of any open certificate or position.
We are not liable for investment losses arising from market movements, nor for losses caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
